1. The Service
Trancado is an independently developed dominoes game for iOS. These terms apply to the app and to the trancado.app website.
2. Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Trancado.
- Online play requires an Apple Game Center account, subject to Apple's terms.
- You are responsible for the security of your device and your account.
3. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices, subject to these terms and to Apple's App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.
4. User Conduct
Trancado is a social game. When using table chat and online features, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or insult other players
- Post illegal, discriminatory, or offensive content
- Impersonate another person
- Cheat, exploit game bugs, or use automated tools
- Interfere with the operation of the service
We may suspend or restrict access for those who break these rules. You can report messages from within the app (press and hold the message and choose Report) or write to info@trancado.app.
5. Purchases
If the app offers in-app purchases, they are processed by Apple under Apple's own terms. Refunds are handled through Apple, not Trancado. Virtual purchases have no real-world monetary value and are not transferable.
6. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, graphics, logos, text, and code are the property of the developer of Trancado and are protected by intellectual property laws. Dominoes as a traditional game belongs to no one — Trancado's implementation does.
7. Service Availability
Online features depend on third-party services (such as Apple Game Center) and may not be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the app at any time, with or without notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Trancado shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, if the changes are significant, notify you within the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
