Starting a Match
- Quick Play — local 2v2 match against the machine. Pick the difficulty (Casual, Skilled, or Pro) before joining.
- Play Online — create a table through Game Center and invite friends. Choose how many humans play (2, 3, or 4); empty seats are filled by the machine. With 2 players you can choose whether your friend is your partner (teammate) or your rival.

Online Play
- You need an active Game Center session (Settings → Game Center on your iPhone).
- The table creator sets the rules; guests inherit them automatically.
- Matches are turn-based: your screen updates when the turn reaches you. If the machine fills seats, its moves are simulated by the device holding the turn.
- Only the player with the turn can deal the next hand; the other player will briefly see "WAITING FOR RIVAL…".
Common Errors
"Sign in to Game Center"
There is no Game Center session on the device. Go to Settings → Game Center, sign in with your Apple ID, and try again.
"Network error…"
There was a problem communicating with Game Center's servers. Check your internet connection and retry. If it persists, fully close the app and reopen it.
The online match won't advance
- It's probably an old table created with a previous version of the app. On the matches screen, swipe on the stuck table to delete it and create a new one.
- Make sure all players have the latest version of the app installed.
- Remember: it's a turn-based game — if it's not your turn, the table updates when your rival plays.
The invitation never arrives
- The guest must have the app installed and a Game Center session.
- Check that Game Center notifications are enabled (Settings → Notifications).
- Invitations also appear inside the app, in the matchmaker's table list.
Table Chat
Chat is only available in online matches. Tap the message icon next to the scoreboard to open or close it.
- Messages are sent as Game Center exchanges and may take a moment to appear.
- Game Center limits how many active messages each player can start. Slots free up as exchanges expire or are resolved.
- Exchanges last roughly one day and do not form a permanent history.
- To report a message, press and hold it and choose Report; the app will open an email with a copy for support.
- Block player hides their messages on your device only; Game Center may still show their notifications.
- The Game Center notification identifies the sender but does not show the message text.
